Tom Farley

Thomas Farley serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Capodagli Property Company, where he oversees the financial management of the company. In his role, Tom manages all cash flow and reporting for CPC and its vast amount of projects while assisting top management to ensure operations are run with optimal efficiency in mind.

Born in Morris County NJ, Tom has spent his entire life in the Garden state where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Science degree in accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Tom started his career at a regional public accounting firm Sax LLP, obtaining his CPA designation while there. He has developed many deep rooted relationships with his clients who are involved in Real Estate, Construction and the Manufacturing industries regarding audit and tax engagements. After Six years in public accounting Tom ventured his career forward and became controller at the publicly traded multinational company, Mistras Group. His daily responsibilities included those of a controller in both the manufacturing and services segments of Mistras Group’s North American operations. He travelled throughout North America to enrich his knowledge on a micro level of the local branches. Thomas analyzed the local branches P&L while developing action plans to maximize profitability. Tom personally over saw the acquisition of three separate growth oriented firms, conducted site investigations, met with corporate ownership, and performed due diligence and financial review involving company books and records. Once acquired, Farley crafted processes meant to

seamlessly integrate the parent with the acquired company. Post Mistras, Tom moved vertically by taking the position of North American Head of Controlling for the global formwork distributor, Doka. At Doka, Tom oversaw all aspects of financial management for Doka USA and Doka Canada reporting directly to the North American CEO. Tom enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
