Meridia Living is looking for a personable, dedicated and creative Event Coordinator to manage events for our various sites and restaurants.. As our Event Coordinator your overall goal will be to plan and execute all resident and social events to bring the community together and the amenity spaces to life.
Oversee all event planning and operations to ensuring residents are satisfield with their amenity spaces.
Provide exceptional customer service by meeting resident expectations and needs.
Coordinate with local businesses to create awarness for the building.
Interact with residents and guests in a professional manner.
Develop creative approaches that will engage all Meridia Living Communities.
Incorporate company restaurants into social events.
Effectively plan, market and execute social events across the whole portfolio.
Facilitate all event sign-ups and follow ups with residents and any guests.
Excellent communication skills
Marketing, Hospitality and/or event planning background/experience required.
