DENNIS P. LILOIA, serves as Chief Legal Officer & Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, where his responsibilities include structuring, negotiating, and implementing the company’s acquisitions, approvals, construction, and financing. He also oversees legal matters relating to Capodagli Property Company’s assets and corporate affairs.
Prior to joining the Capodagli Family, he worked for a prominent law firm in New Jersey where he represented public and private parties in real estate and corporate matters and extensive litigation in NJ State, Federal District, and Appellate Court. He provided legal counsel related to the acquisitions, sales, and leasing of commercial and industrial properties and represented borrowers and lenders in connection with construction loans and other financings. He presented before land use boards and represented governmental boards throughout the State of New Jersey. Previous experience included the ownership and operation of a title insurance agency and maintaining a financial management practice with a multinational financial services corporation.
Dennis earned a BS in Finance with a concentration in International Finance from Rutgers University. He went on to study international law at University College in London and graduated with a JD from Pace University School of Law.
