Brian J. Pfistner serves as Chief Asset Officer at Capodagli Property Company, where he oversees property management for the 4,000+ multifamily units in the development, construction and stabilized portfolios. Utilizing his diverse experience in technology, finance and operations, Brian also advises on building design, amenities, tech packages and more.
Prior to joining Capodagli, Brian served as an Avionics Technician in the United States Marine Corps and as a Series 7 licensed trader on Wall Street. He also co-founded a commercial real estate energy efficiency start-up focused on the NYISO demand response markets, successfully growing annual recurring revenues over $15M before departing to attend graduate school. Following graduate school, Brian was introduced to Capodagli Property Company founder George Capodagli and was instantly drawn to the entrepreneurial opportunity of starting and building a company from the ground up. A self-proclaimed “data person,” he enjoys finding new ways to use technology to create efficiency.
A New Jersey native, Brian holds a BBA from Temple University, Fox School of Business; a MHRM from Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations holds the CCIM designation. In his free time he enjoys traveling with his family, enduro riding, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai.
